Satisfaction Guarantee

The following satisfaction guarantee applies only to artwork by Art Kober that is purchased using this website. This guarantee does not apply to any other ways in which you may purchase a artwork by Art Kober, including galleries, dealers, resellers, private parties, shows, etc.

The artwork will be shipped to you insured by the carrier. In the event that the artwork is damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to notify both the carrier and Art Kober, and to follow the proper procedures for returning the piece and/or filing the correct papers with the carrier to collect the insured amount. This amount will be paid to Art Kober.

If you receive the artwork in an undamaged state, you have the right to return it if you don't like it. You must notify the artist of your intent to return the painting within 72 hours of the time you receive the piece. The item must be returned, undamaged -- and fully insured -- within 30 days in order for this guarantee to be applicable.

Freight and insurance charges are nonrefundable. If the above procedures are followed correctly, we will refund your entire purchase price, minus freight and insurance charges.

This is your only guarantee. You may return the artwork and receive your money back according to the conditions described above. All other implied or express warranties are disclaimed. (If you're not happy with the artwork you don't have to keep it, but we will not be responsible for any other perceived or real losses.)
